Admin Coordinator - Male/Female (2) Post

Job Summary:

- Maintain office building throughout check office conditions daily.

- Purchase office stationery, record and maintain stationery issues.

- Listed office asset and maintain, prepare an office related contract.

- Manage and implement office documentation process.

- Handle car maintenance and repair process according to schedule.

- Maintenance to computer and office supply according to schedule.

- Check the contract expiration data and inform the relevant person.

- Prepare and maintain documentation for the government.

Person Requirement:

- Must be graduated with any subject.

- Age of under 35-year-old.

- Have to minimum of 1 + year experience in Admin field.

- Good communication skill and interpersonal skill.

- Must be able to work with team.

- Good attitude and enthusiastic on the job.
