-Manage & prepare the office administration work in daily.
- Can lead admin team and have good communication skills
- Manage and arrange purchasing items for approval and ensure to receive in time
- Handling stationery, Uniform, and Assets inventory control
- Manage all aspects of administrative management such as Government Office, Fixed Assets,
Office Supplies, Uniform, Transportation, Security & Maintenance of office equipment, furniture
Building & vehicles and events.
- Handle applying, extending company licenses, and other documentation.
- Follow up monthly charges of phone bill, internet bill, meter bill, and settle the payment.
- Other admin work assigned by BOD
